Frame

Galvanized sheet metal structure painted with fine polyester powders for outdoor environments (RAL9002) for a pleasant aesthetic and effective resistance to corrosive agents.

The fixing systems are made of non-oxidizable carbon steel materials with passivation surface treatments.

The range is developed modularly, replicating the optimized structure of single V batteries and fans.

Compressors

Scroll compressors mono or tandem version with R410A gas. Refrigerant pressure gauges supplied as standard.

The compressor compartment is completely closed and accessible on 3 sides thanks to easily removable panels to simplify all maintenance and/or control operations as much as possible.

Refrigerant

R410A. 2 gas circuits.

R454B version available as an option.

Fans

Axial fans, with aluminium/plastic wing profile blades complete with thermal protection and speed regulation. Brushless fans available as an option.

Hydraulic circuit

The structure houses pump, expansion tank and storage tank manufactured in hot galvanized steel and is supplied complete with by-pass on the water circuit (STD version). The centrifugal pump is already prepared for use with mixtures of water and ethylene glycol up to 35% and is equipped with thermal protection (STD and WT versions).

• STD: On-board pump and tank, manual and automatic water filling

• WT: Pump mounted on board, without tank

• WTP: Without pump, without tank

Condenser

The entire range is fitted as standard with Long Life Alloy microchannel batteries. The large exchange surface, the absence of copper/aluminum interface and the perfect air passage allow to obtain the same performance reducing the refrigerant charge up to 40%.

Evaporator

Shell and tube evaporator. Electronic expansion valve supplied as standard.

Control

The electronic control allows complete management of the unit and is easily accessible through a polycarbonate door.

The control panel is available in a multilingual version and allows:

• Control over the temperature of the water leaving the evaporator

• Complete alarm management

RS485 hardware interface for supervision/remote assistance available as an option.
